Your ticket provides admission for ONE person into Muskoka Christmas at Santa's Village and includes access to operating rides and attractions in the park (does not include Muskoka Zip Lines & Aerial Park, or Camping).

IMPORTANT:

Children under 36 inches are free. Anyone 36 inches and taller will require admission.

Tickets are valid only for the date chosen when purchased and cannot be used on an alternate day.

All online ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Rain Day / Inclement Weather Day Policy:
We do not offer rain checks on our tickets.

You can reschedule your ticket date with a minimum of 24 hours notice by sending an email to information@santasvillage.ca with your ticket ID, original ticket date and the date you wish to reschedule to. Please note that requests to reschedule a ticket with less than 24 hours notice or after the ticket date has passed will be denied automatically.

Once a ticket has been scanned and redeemed it can not be rescheduled or re-used on a different date.
